Spain: 5€. Free: purchases over 49€.

Customs and import taxes

Shopping > 100€: included in prices.

For purchases over 100€, customs and import taxes are included. This way, you will NOT have to pay more than the total amount you see at checkout.
In the unlikely event that you are nevertheless asked to pay customs duties / taxes, please contact us.

Shopping < 100€: for purchases under 100€, the customer is responsible for paying customs and import taxes.

Free Exchanges

We can change the number or model free of charge. If we don’t have the number you want, we can exchange it for another model or give you a refund.

Just send an e-mail to and we will start the exchange process.

30 days to exchange

You have 30 days to exchange your items, starting from the day we ship your order.

Christmas Exchange of the 31st of January

Exceptionally during the Christmas period, all purchases made after November 15, have until January 31 of the following year to be redeemed.

Conditions for us to exchange

The item must have no signs of use and all features and labels must be intact. We recommend that you try the shoe on a carpeted surface or a rug.

Only after we receive the product will we ship the replacement number. You can also choose to exchange it for another model of any value. When you choose to exchange for a lower cost model, the refund of the difference in cost is made by bank transfer, regardless of the payment method used.

On your first exchange, shipping costs are free (Portugal + Spain Continental)

On your first exchange, shipping costs are entirely free. Valid for mainland Portugal and mainland Spain.

All you have to do is repackage and order. We will send a courier from the carrier to make the pickup. After we receive it, we reship the number or model you choose. Always without any shipping costs.

Don’t have anything to pack and can’t reuse our packaging? All you need is a stapled paper bag, we already include stickers so you can seal the package.

Payment on delivery

When you select Free pickup in 1h, you can choose to pay on delivery. Payment by cash or MBWay.

Notification of payment

Bank Transfer: send us an e-mail when you have made your payment to speed up the shipping of your order.
Other payment methods: we will be notified automatically when you make your payment.


Return of defective item

You have the right to return the items if they are found to be defective or other non-conformities with the items ordered, and the return must be made within 14 days of receipt of the order. This does not affect your statutory rights.
You must return it to us and if your complaint is justified, the price paid for the item and return shipping costs will be refunded.

Returning an Article

You can return the item under the right of free withdrawal up to 14 days after receiving the order provided that:

a) The items have not been used;
b) The article keeps its original characteristics and labels intact;
c) All shoes have been tried on a carpeted surface before wearing/using them;

Expenses resulting from the return of the order are borne by the customer. An email should be sent to to request the return of the order.

Once we receive the returned item, we will analyze it and confirm its condition and, when applicable, refund within a maximum of fifteen days the amount paid by the customer, excluding expenses resulting from returning the order.
